For each Rs. 1000 spent at Roadhouse Group restaurants, regular tier members receive 0.7 points on food purchases and 0.5 points on beverage purchases.
Gold Tier requires 2500 points. Members then earn 1 food point and 0.5 beverage points per Rs. 100 spent at Roadhouse Group.
Reach 5,000 points to unlock premium rewards, earning 1.5 points per Rs. 100 spent on food and 0.5 points per Rs. 100 on beverages at all participating Roadhouse locations.

Loyalty points will expire 24 months from the date they were earned. Points that are not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.
Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points can only be redeemed by the account holder and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Participation in the loyalty program is open to all customers of the Roadhouse Group. Enrollment in the program is free of charge. Customers must provide valid contact information, including an email address and phone number, at the time of enrollment to receive notifications and updates related to the loyalty program.
Roadhouse Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program, including point earning and redemption rates, rewards, and program terms, at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes regarding point accrual, redemption, or program participation will be resolved by the Roadhouse Group's customer service team. Their decision will be final and binding.
Program participants will receive regular updates on their point balance and available rewards via email or SMS. Roadhouse Group may also send promotional offers and discounts exclusive to loyalty program members.
